*I usually feed her around 10 and she sleeps until 6 or 6:30. (she started doing that at 7 weeks)

*Her brothers, especially Jaxon, love her and are so sweet with her.

We are so happy to have her here!! She is so sweet and content. The labor and delivery could not have gone smoother, if anything it was probably my easiest delivery. She only lost 2 oz. in the hospital so that shows you that she came out knowing what to do. She is such a good eater!! I can't believe how much hair she has, it was a surprise, my boys didn't have anything close to this amount. She has dimples just like her big brother Tyler. We love her so much!!!! She has definitely been worth the wait. It has been nice and calm at our house because my parents have kept the boys until today and we have been home since Friday. So the chaos is about to begin but I am looking forward to it, because I miss my boys!!

Car wash

On Saturday mornings I frequently find the boys all sitting right next to each other watching cartoons!! I am so glad that they are buddies most of the time.

These mornings usually mean that Dad is home. They love to go out on the tramp and wrestle with him and knock him over!!

Preschool

This year Jaxon got to start preschool. We are doing a joy school with some of his neighborhood friends. We have 4 boys and 1 girl!

I teach twice a month! This is one of our very first art projects!!! Painting apple trees with their handprints as tree trunks!! As you can tell Brycen thinks he is part of preschool!! He loves it too! It is fun to be with these kids and watch them learn how to do new things!!

Peach Days

At the beginning of September we went to the Peach Days parade in Brigham City! It was fun I didn't take many pictures but here are a couple.

Look at that I was able to get all of the cousins sitting down all in one picture!! PLus Great-Grandma and Grandpa.
The cute boys stading for the flag!! They flag came by like 3 or 4 times and everytime these cute boys would stand for everyone.

*As much as I don't want to remember this I figured should document it. I am sure it has happened to most moms. When we first got there we had to wait on the corner for the police to shut down the street so we could sit down. When we could go out there we picked up all of our stuff and started out across the street. We got everyone's chair's where they wanted them, then I sit down. I look around notice that Jaxon is not there. I panic and look around can't see him close by. My dad and I take off to look for him. Thankfully I found him all the way across the street a little bit past the corner. He was standing there hugging his chair to him looking really sad!! I am so thankful that he stopped and noticed we weren't with him!! It still makes me so sad to think about it!! The look on his face makes me so sad!!

1st Grade and 2 years old

My Tyler started 1st grade on August 15th. It is so weird to have him gone. The weeks before school started, if asked about school, he would say that he wasn't excited! I think that he was just really anxious to be there all day! Yesterday on the way to school he told me that "school is really fun" I was so relieved when he told me that! He also told me that he was going to earn his "bear bucks" everyday. Which means that he was going to be good everyday to earn them! It makes me so happy that he wants to do well in school! We are so proud of him!!!

I realized that all his school pictures are going to look that same because of the uniforms. I think he looks so much like his dad in this picture!

My little guy turned 2 on Sunday!! He was so funny at the party because he was loving that the attention was all on him! He was running all over and having lots of fun with his cousins.
My mom this year has given all the kids a pillowcase with their present inside. With this present he just kept peeking inside then putting it down again. He loved that everyone thought that was so funny!!

He can pretty much say anything, and is getting good at putting more words into sentences! He loves to run and jump! He loves to tease his older brothers. He loves to eat fruit, goldfish crackers, yogurt, he has started to help saying prayers, he loves to sing songs with actions with help! He is really good at throwing fits for no reason!! He still does not like to do to nursery, hopefully he will soon, but I don't see that happening anytime soon! We love him so much, he makes us laugh everyday! It would not be the same without him in our home!!!

Angel Moroni

Today we had a wonderful, and unique experience to go up to Brigham City to see them put the Angel Moroni on the temple! To see the temple go up where I grew up is just amazing! I was so thankful to be there with my family (minus Jason, Heidi, and James). What a blessing it is to be so close to this beautiful temple and all the other temples we have so close! We started out our day meeting at 11 to a light rain, nothing we were to concerned about! By the time we got to the temple about 15 minutes later it was pouring. It didn't dampen our spirits though! The rain stopped about noon, but then the wind started picking up. We didn't know if we would get to see it go up today. They kept taking the crane with men up to check the wind levels, then they would come back down! By 1 they had un hooked the statue, so we headed back to the high school, where my dad works, for bathroom breaks and something to eat. We still didn't know if they would put it up. My brother stayed there and called us around 2, we moved as fast a we could but by the time we got up there the statue was over the steeple. We may have not been able to see them move it up there in person, but we were still there to see it up there! I asked my 4 year old what his favorite part of the day was and he told me, "that is was seeing the Angel Moroni" I hope one day that my boys really understand and remember this experience!

This was a teaser, they lifted if about this high for awhile, while they tested the wind. Then set it down!

The boys thought this was sure fun, us moms didn't love the fact that they were playing in a really dirty puddle. But it kept them company so what can you do!

The 4th!

Our 4th was the same as most years but great. We watch a lot of softball, watch a parade, hang out with family, and watch fireworks!

L. Tom Perry was in our parade! My mom works at the city and helped put the parade this year, we asked her how she got him to come her response was, "I asked him." I just wish I would have been able to go the the fireside he did on Sunday night!! I told Tyler that an apostle would be there his reply was "a real one." So fun to watch the kids learn about the church!

The Brigham City Temple

For my nieces birthday my sister in law Karen thought it would be fun to get the cousins together and play at the park and go and walk around the temple!! It has been so fun to watch this temple go up!!

Mini "Staycation"

At the end of May we did a little staycation with the boys! We went to Discovery Gateway in Salt Lake, we went swimming, went to the zoo, the aquarium, and the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi. The boys had a lot of fun, and so did we! First up, Discovery Gateway!!

One day Brycen disappeared upstairs when Tyler was there for time-out. I knew he was probably sitting on Tyler's bed, because he had just learned how to climb up on it. Well Tyler came down but Brycen didn't, I didn't go and check right away because he wasn't crying or banything. Well when I went up there, this is what I found. So cute!!!! To bad he only slept for an hour, we are definetly ready to put him in a big boy bed!

This boys were watching a show, and Brycen went over and sat himself right in between his brothers, so of course I had to take a picture! Look at that they are all smiling.

My first born is 6!

Tyler's birthday is only 3 weeks after Jaxon's so it is fun to put them together. We don't ever do anything over the top, but we have fun nonetheless. On Saturday, we went to my mom's for a family party. Then yesterday we let him pick what he wanted for dinner, he opened his present from us, and went and got ice cream at Baskin Robbins.

He wanted to have a star with lemon cake and lemon frosting! Thanks Brittney for the cake pan, it worked out great!!

He loved it!! And I love his dimples!!

Jaxon's birthday was fun, and he had so much fun! He has loved rocket ships lately and that is what he asked for, so I thought that I would attempt to make a rocket ship cake. Thankfully I found an easy design, and he loved it as you can tell from this picture. It is very rare that I get such a cute smile from him on camera!

We had a great Easter weekend with 3 easter eggs hunts in one day, plus we colored some eggs, and of course had lots of fun with family. My favorite part of the weekend was when the Tyler and Jaxon woke up we had them come climb in bed with us for awhile. It was fun to talk with them about why we celebrate Easter. I am so happy that them are learning the gospel. It was just a sweet moment!!

This Month...so far

This month we have been trying to take advantage of everyday we can, but it seems like they haven't happened all that often this month.

Of course we have gone to the park!
We have done some climbing!

We got the tramp set up!

Even Brycen loves it!

We did swim lessons for the 1st time. It was fun because they got to be in the same class!

Tyler is a fish!!! He was able to float on his back by himself by the 2nd day!

Jaxon on the other hand is a different story! The last day was the first time she was able to get his ears in the water, as you can tell by his face he didn't like it!

Also he wouldn't put his face in the water until the 2nd to last day, but only for a split second! He is so much like Tyler as this age, very cautious!

But he is not like that any more!! :)

I couldn't leave out the one who kept me company during swim lessons!!! Tyler passed this level with flying colors and Jaxon will need to stay on this level! It was fun to watch them try new things. I am hoping to do at least one more session of swim lessons especially for Tyler since he has shown so much interest in it! We shall see!

You know it is bad when you pull out your camera and you haven't taken any pictures since Christmas. We are just so sick of being inside and can't wait until it is warmer outside. We are so sick of runny noses!! Come on Spring we have missed you!!! Waking up to snow is not fun!

This is Brycen's favorite place in the house. I think he could sit there for awhile!!

Tyler and Jaxon wanted the same attention as Brycen of course!

On Sunday Brycen thought wearing my slippers was pretty funny!! Except when they would fall off when he was trying to walk in them.

As you can tell not much has been going on at our house!

Wow!! The past 2 1/2 weeks have been so crazy and not much fun. Here is the timeline of all of the crap that has been running through our house.
Sunday Jan 30: Jason starts running a fever
Tuesday: Jason finds out he has influenza, and Jaxon down with a fever and cough
Thurday: Take Jaxon to get checked and he has influenza
Friday: Brycen comes down with a fever, but Jaxon's is gone, not his cough though
Friday thru Tuesday: Brycen is attached to my hip won't let me put him down even to sleep. He slept by me on an air mattress.
Meanwhile on Sunday Tyler's fever starts.
Tuesday evening take Brycen in because he is breathing fast. 2 1/2 hours later find out he needs to go to the hospital for pneumonia and an ear infection. We get checked in and get situated. Poor kid is misrable.
Back at home Tyler is still not feeling well, on Wednesday Jason told me he was coughing a lot and whining a little bit
Thursday Jason tells me Tyler says it is hard to breathe. Jason takes him to the doctor, and the doctor says he needs to head up to the hospital also for pneumonia and a double ear infection.
Thursday night they check Tyler in and then check Brycen out. I come home with Jaxon and Brycen
Friday: Getting ready to take Brycen for a check up and my car wouldn't start. Thanks again Julie for helping me out! Get to his appt. just in time. Brycen checks out fine.
Saturday and Sunday Tyler is doing better and we are hopefull that he will come home then Sunday night he comes down with a fever.
Monday he has no energy doesn't want to do anything and that afternoon he also comes down with a fever, so they put the iv back in and start him on his 3rd antibiotic.
Tuesday still no energy but no fever
Wednesday doing a little better, but doctors are going to have him stay for a least until Friday. So they can see if his fever will come back again on the oral antibiotics.
Brycen and Jaxon are doing a lot better, there coughs are getting better and they are back to teasing each other so we know they are feeling better.
So there you have it, we have hanging in there. We have been so thankful for all the support we have received from our family and friends. Also all of the prayers for us. They have been felt! Thanks!

We promised the boys we would go bowling when Tyler was out of school and dad was home from work. We weren't sure if we were going to be able to because Jaxon was sick the week before Christmas, and I got sick the week after. Finally on Thursday I felt good enough to go. We had a lot of fun even though, Tyler beat all of us!

We had a great Halloween weekend. On Friday we painted out pumpkins. On Saturday we went to the mall for a little bit and trick or treated there. Then Jason took Tyler and Jaxon around our neighborhood. The boys had a lot of fun, it is fun that they are old enought to do it on their on and they know what to do.

Brycen only tried to eat the paint brush a couple of times. Ha ha!

This past Sunday my wonderful husband has been given the opportunity to serve our Heavenly Father as the 2nd counselor in the bishopric. I am grateful for this chance we both have to serve him and to learn and grow through this calling. I am so grateful for our ward and the wonderful support they are and will be to us. I am also sooo grateful for our families and the support they are to us. We are so lucky to have such wonderful people in our lives. I know that this calling will be a sacrifice for our family but I know that this calling was given to Jason by our Heavenly Father. I know that if I put my faith and trust in Heavenly Father I can do those things that he wants me to do.

I have been putting off potty training Jaxon because I have had such a rough go with Tyler. I decided once Tyler started Kindergarten we would start. I am so proud of him, he is potty trained and I love it. He picked up on it really fast and is doing so great! Since I started him doing this I have noticed how grown up he is getting. He surprises me daily with the new things that he has learned. I love watching my kids learn new things! I love this boy and am so glad that I get to have some one on one time with him each day. He makes my smile and laugh every day!! Way to go Jaxon, we love you!

I am One Year Old!!!

How did this happen and where did the time go!! This sweet little boy went from this..

to this in a blink of an eye!

He is getting so big so fast. His stats are:

24.95 lbs (75%)

29.8 inches (51%)

As you can see he loves to play with balls, and cars.

He has learned to walk but hasn't mastered it yet (see post below).

He can wave bye bye.

He doesn't say much, but he does say "nana" for banana.

He loves to shake his head no when he knows he shouldn't do something.

He dances to music when he heres it.

He loves to laugh at is brothers especially Tyler.

He will eat almost anything you give him.

He loves his blanket!

He loves to climb up the stairs whenever he has the chance.

He loves to take baths.

And lots of other things. We love him!!

My little Tyler started Kindergarten yesterday!! He was so excited! He was dressed and ready to go a couple of hours before it was time to go! He was so fun to watch that morning!

Yeah I got a good smile!! Usually I get the cheese face.

The girls he gets to carpool with, Halle and Sydney! They were all so excited! Their teacher is Mrs. Susana.

Last weekend was our first trip with my parents, grandparents, siblings and their spouses. All the kids stayed and got to play with their other grandparents. We went to St. George for 4 days and 3 nights. We rented a house, we was wonderful I would definetly recommend doing that. We went to 3 different plays, 2 in Cedar City and we saw Tarzan at Tuachan. It was such a wonderful weekend to just have fun as couples and enjoy each others company.

I have been so frustrated with myself, because we have done some fun things but I was not very good at taking many pictures. I had my camera with me at those times but I didn't pull it out. I didn't even get any pictures of the 4th of July. I am a little bit annoyed by that one. Oh well at least I got some.

The end of June we went with all of Jason's family up to Lava Hot Springs. We just camped 2 nights, I think that was the perfect amount for our boys. Thanks again mom for keeping Brycen at your house so we could have fun with Tyler and Jaxon.

This is about an hour or 2 after we woke up the first morning. We he first woke up he couldn't open it at all.

This is what I came home to after Relief Society one night. Poor Jason had to deal with it all, because I left my phone in the car.

Also, every year we get to go to Jason's uncles house to swim in their pool. Brycen's first time in a pool and he loved it. I was surprised we got every smiling for the most part. It was a lot of fun and nice because Tyler and Jaxon were so easy because they just float around in the tubes and are happy and content. So far are summer has been a lot of fun. Hopefully I will be able to take more pictures of the things that we have to come.

A couple of weeks ago my sister in law and I decided to take all 5 of our boys to the zoo without our husbands. We were hoping that all would go well and the boys would listen. We were pleasantly surprised at how well they all did. Yes of course a lot of animals were lazy but the boys still had fun. They especially loved the snakes, as you can tell they are all boy!

This crocodile looked fake because it wasn't moving. The only thing that let us know that it was real was looking at his throat, occasionally it would move. It was crazy! I wish my boys could hold still that long! ;)

This month has been all about Tyler between t ball, preschool, preschool field trip, and his birthday, we have had a busy month. Tyler is now 5 and getting so big. He is so ready for Kindergarten, which is crazy! He loves to do arts and crafts, play games on the computer, watch mom and dad play Mario on the Wii, loves to ride his bike, he loves to read books with mom, and many other things. He is getting so smart and I love it. We are so happy he is part of our family! (sorry about the long post)

Lately I have been saying this a lot, where has time gone! I think part of it is the fact that I have an almost 5 year. I can't believe he is old enough to be going to kindergarten in the fall. I can't believe he is old enough to start playing sports. It is crazy, but I love it! I love watching him learn new things and watching him grow up. He started t-ball on Monday, and it was so fun to watch all of these little 5 year olds hit the ball, and run. The funniest thing is watching all of them in the outfield waiting for the ball to be hit, and then when it is there is an immediate dog pile on top of the ball!!! Listening to his coach

The past 2 weeks this what Brycen has been up to!

I find him like this on a regular basis, I can't wait until he figures out how to get back down. If he gets up like this he will cry and cry until I come and get him. It is not fun in the middle of the night, what a little stinker!

He has a fascination with the blinds he is always trying to get to them when he in on the couch.

I don't think it is a good sign that he has already figured out how to climb!!

My boys have been the best of freinds lately, and I love it. Yes, they do have their issues but what child doesn't. It is nice because the can keep each other company when I am taking care of Brycen. Like today it took me ONE hour to get Brycen to take his nap! They stayed down stairs and played nicely together. It is just fun to watch them together. Jaxon always is doing everything exactly like Tyler!

I got this dresser from my mom's house, it was my grandmas, then my moms and then me and my sister used it. I thought that it would be a good project for me to do. It was a lot of fun, and I am so happy with how it turned out!

This is Tyler's creation, yes those are stickers holding it together. I don't like him to use are tape because he wastes it, but he figured out that he can use stickers. Such a smart boy!!!

Also, this week Brycen started eating rice cereal, and he has loved it from the first day I gave it to him!

We had such a good Christmas!! It is so much fun now that my kids are getting older and are loving it. We had many family get togethers and parties, they kept us busy but we wouldn't have had it any other way.

I also was so excited because I got to spend an evening with Amy and Cami. We have been friends since Elemetary school. Brycen is getting so big!! He is starting to grab and toys and put them in his mouth. He loves to have his fingers in his mouth. He is starting to laugh a lot more. He loves to smile and watch his brothers. He is sleeping 10 hours at night!! When it is time to eat he has no patience whatsoever. He is so fun, and we are excited to see his personality in the months to come!

Every year we get together with my moms side of the family. We only get to see my aunt Pam and uncle Jerry this time each year so it is a lot of fun visiting and having fun as a family.

Jaxon found this gun and he pretty much played with it the whole time unless we made him share it will his cousins or brother. He was sooo mad when we were leaving because he had to leave it there.

My cousin Campbell is learning to play the guitar and brought it to play us a couple of songs, then he let the boys strum it. They thought that was so much fun!

For the Jacobsen family party we went to This is the Place Heritage Park in Salt Lake, to see Father Christmas. The boys loved the train ride, seeing Santa, and the reindeer. I wish I would have gotten more pictures, too much trying to keep track of Tyler and Jaxon in the dark. It was a lot of fun to be with family and experience something new.

We had a fun Halloween, and we ended up with way to much candy. That is what happens when you go to a trunk or treat, but I love them. They are perfect for little kids. Jaxon already knows how to get lots of candy, he learned quickly to take handfuls, and because he is little no one cared it was so funny.

Tyler had his first field trip last week out to a pumpkin patch. I was lucky enough to go with him. We got to go on a hay ride out to the patch to pick our pumpkins. They also had slides, animals, and a fun bouncy house. It was a lot of fun to spend time with just Tyler.

We had a wonderful day on Sunday, with family while we blessed Brycen. I am so thankful for Jason, I am thankful that he honors his priesthood to bless our boys and so we can have it in our home. I am so thankful for our family who came and supported us. We love all of you!!

Tyler was so excited all day long, and hated the fact that he had to wait until after lunch. I can't believe he is ready to be in preschool, and that he will be in Kindergarten next year. Time has gone by so fast. I am so glad that he gets to go, and I love that fact that it is right here in our neighborhood. I just hope that he loves it and that he will get along with the other kids and listens to his teacher. I love him so much!!

Today we went to the Hill Air Force Museum. It was so fun, and I loved the fact that it is free. I seriously debated going because I can only walk for so long without needing a break, but I am so glad we went. My boys had so much fun, and I had fun watching their excited faces.

Catch Up!

We had the Eddington Family reunion in Preston Idaho. We were able to stay over one night and we had so much fun with family, games, and lots of food. Tyler was so excited because we got to sleep in the tent. After the movie that night Tyler told us "lets go camping!" I had never seen him so excited to go to bed before. They both did so well, and we were so thankful!

We also got to go swimming at the reunion. This is my dad with Jaxon.

This is the only time Tyler was in the water and it only lasted about 30 seconds. The water in the pool is river water so as you can imagine it was cold.

After the swimming and fun activities we started a movie for them and this is what happened. Jaxon never does this that is how tired he was.

This morning the boys were playing and I heard Tyler say, "lets go skiing." This is what I found when I got there. I love their imaginations!!

This morning we also got to go on a tour of krispy kremes for play group for our ward. The boys loved watching the doughnuts in the waterfall (where the icing comes out). It was a perfect outing because it didn't take to long and of course a huge bonus was the yummy free doughnut.

Wow! I haven't posted for a long time! Not much as changed around here except the heat and my growing stomach! I am now 32 weeks and I am hoping I can make through the rest of my pregnancy in the heat.

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend. We spent the weekend at my in-laws to limit our time driving to and from softball games. Our weekend consisted of softball, boating, eating snow cones and yummy treats, watching the Perry parade, playing some games with the boys, watching the fireworks, and sleeping of course! I only had my camera on the 4th which I am sad about because of all the fun we had!

This is how Jaxon felt most of the 4th. He had a long weekend with not enough sleep, apparently he likes his routine!

Every year my mom gets the kids matching shirts for the 4th, but we usually forget to get a picture of them. We got one this year but this is about the best we could do with 6 kids.

Yesterday was Jaxon's birthday, we just had a small party with cousins and grandmas and grandpas. It was a lot of fun, and I can't believe he is already 2!

We have these trees in our backyard that like to shed their leaves in the Spring. I finally got some energy to take the boys outside to play in them. They had a blast, and I had fun watching them have fun.

Easter Weekend!

We had a great Easter weekend! We started off with baby animal days on Friday. That night my parents decided they wanted to have a sleepover with all of the boys, except Jaxon because I wanted him to get sleep. They always have such a fun time with grandma and grandpa! I think all of them had a lot of fun, and will probably always remember it. Thanks mom and dad!! Saturday we started out with an Easter egg hunt at Perry park, which lasted all of about 2 minutes, but the kids didn't care. Then we got to watch my nephew play soccer, then another easter egg hunt with my parents. Then we took a much needed rest, to await our next party and Easter egg hunt with my grandparents. On Sunday morning the boys got their easter baskets, and were very upset because they didn't have much time to look and play because we have 9 church, so it was definetly a rushed and whiny morning. Later that day we headed to Jason's parents to spend some time there, we went for a great walk, let the kids play at the park, and enjoyed each others company. I love holiday's because I all the great memories we get to make with our kids, and be able to spend time with our wonderful families.

Baby Animal Days!!

Today we got to go to Logan to Baby Animal Days. The boys had so much fun!! Tyler surprised me because I didn't really think that he would touch the animals, but he liked the little ones. I couldn't get him to touch a sheep, cow, goat, or horse. Except for when he rode the horse, let me tell you that was a shock, because I really thought he would get scared at the last moment, but he did so good. I am so glad he is getting old enough to do these fun things with.

I just got back from my 18 week appointment and he told me he was right with the guess he made 4 weeks ago. We are definetly having another boy!! We are excited and glad that everything is going well with this pregnancy.

This is what happens when you let your 22 month old hold a zip lock bag of M&M's on the way home from grandma and grandpa's. I kept smelling chocolate all the way home, and was wondering what was going on in the back. I kept asking Tyler if he was eating his, but he wasn't because he fell asleep. There wasn't anything I could do because I wanted to get home, and this is what I found when I opened the door. It looked a lot worse in person, because it was all over his sippy cup and blanket that he was holding. Who knows what his mom was thinking, but oh well he will just smell like chocolate for awhile.

It is official Jason and I are expecting our 3rd child. My due date is August 28th which means I am now 11 weeks along. We are excited but still wondering how we are going to take care of 3 kids as we will be outnumbered. We mostly are just hoping that this pregnancy goes as well as my first 2 and that the baby will be strong and healthy.

These are my little marshmellows playing in the snow. You gotta love how neither of them are actually looking at the camera.

Jaxon loves his Curious George monkey, everytime the show is on he goes and grabs it and snuggles it through the whole show. Tyler does it too, because Jaxon does.

I still can't believe I got this smile on camera because usually he is saying "cheese" which means the smile is usually cheesy.

Today I was upstairs doing some cleaning and some laundry so I started a show for the boys. They both started out in chairs, but I think they thought this was better. Funny Boys, they just make me laugh.
